Pack N' Pull Caddy from Thirty-One Gifts

March 13, 2014

Last week I posted on our Instagram account an image of the shipment box that my thirty-one order came in and let me tell you that I am loving this new addition.

It's the Pack N' Pull Caddy that can be used in so many ways.  Personally its my Tissue & Trash caddy for my car.  I always have a box of tissues in my car floating around and when I need it, I can't reach it.  So when I saw this caddy in person I knew I wanted it as part of my car organization.

I didn't get mine embroidered because I have a habit of changing things around so I didn't want to commit to only using it for solely one purpose.  I did line my "trash" section with a small plastic bag to prevent the caddy from getting dirty. It also has two side mesh pockets for you to store things away in, perfect for a bottle of water.

Over the weekend I was able to show close friends my new caddy and they liked it too.  They noticed that the product is very well made and the material can withstand the use.

I am one happy thirty-one caddy owner!!!

I'll let the pictures do the talking.

I highly suggest this product to everyone! Whether you want to use it as I do in the car for Tissues & Trash or Wipes & Diapers, it's your call but you will not regret it.  I love how the color matches the interior of my car too.

Don't forget that you can still place your order directly with Jean from thirty-one gifts, all her info is in our Thirty-One Gifts Giveaway post.

Also, don't forget to sign up for the Giveaway on a Thermal Lunch Bag.  Last day is Friday!

OKBG - never got the memo!

March 10, 2014

So here I am shopping at the local outlets in my area when I stumbled upon the cutest clothes for toddlers...
I couldn't believe I was standing in the middle of OshKosh B'Gosh.  Not to sound harsh, but I only thought Oshkosh was your go to for overall's.  I have never once put my daughter in a pair. (not that I don't think they are cute, just not my style) So I never thought to go inside a store that to my previous knowledge only specialized in overalls.  But now I know there is so much more...and such adorable things!  I wanted to share with you some of the things that caught my eye.  I have to say, I am going back there to do some spring and summer shopping for her soon!

For Toddler Girls:

For Toddler Boys:

What did you think?  Cute stuff, right?  I love the fact that you can put a whole outfit together with their clothing line.  Super cute, from accessories, to the outfit, to the shoes!

Happy Shopping, and Happy Monday!

P.S. Don't forget to sign up for our 31 Gifts Giveaway!  Its such a cute lunch tote, I kind of want one myself...so stylish!

5 Fab Friday

March 7, 2014

5 Things we are loving/wanting/dreaming of on this Friday

Stylish Mama:
1.
L'Occitane Hand Cream.  I have sampled a few of their hand creams, and they are all so soft and delicate with scents.  What I like most about this line is that they are super creamy without being greasy.  The line just came out with Shea Butter as shown above.  I think I may have to go to Sephora and check it out.

2.
If anyone knows me, they know I have a love of starfish.  So when I saw these earrings in the new Capri collection from Kate Spade I gasped and fell in love.  They are called Lemon Tart Starfish Studs. And they are pretty, pretty, pretty!

Organized Chica:

3.
Lotus Diffuser form doTERRA
I don't know about you, but I love for my house to smell good.  Candles are great but my poor mother chokes on them when I light one up.  So I'm looking for options that will help with the air we're breathing in and make my house smell good.  Here is my answer! I have read great reviews and although it has a hefty price, everyone says its worth it.  It atomizes essential oils into the air that we breathe in and doTERRA oils smells so good.  Plus, isn't this pretty cool to look at? Adding to my list.

I've been wanting to change the bulky office chair that I currently have in my home office and I eyed this chair from the Martha Stewart collection.  Its simple but elegant. The price isn't bad, I may consider looking into it.  I first need to test it out to make sure its comfortable.

Stylish Mama meets Organized Chica:
We both had a fun girls nite out along with some other great friends last Friday.  We have to say, we both agree on the fact that Tortilla Flats is the place to go for margs!  Their raspberry margarita is superb.  Stylish Mama ended up asking hers to be made with Milagro Tequila (top shelf!) and they obliged.  But what made our visit even better to Tortilla Flats is a really sweet lady by the name of Katie who hosted there.  She gave great recommendations on food and drinks, and she even made sure our guacamole that was taken away (when we were not done) by the wait staff was replenished free of charge!  When you go here, make sure you ask for Katie!

Side note: Wall-Sit Challenge finished!! Who did the challenge and was able to complete the 5 mins???  If you did it or even tried it, that's great!!  Next workout challenge coming next week. You with us? Just a few months left for beach season.  Let's do this!

Don't forget!!! Change your clocks this weekend!

eyeing swimwear

March 6, 2014

So its the dreaded time of year.  When I recently went shopping this past weekend I noticed most stores have their swimwear line out already. I am not ready to be tortured to try on swimwear...I of course would like to shed my 5 added "winter pounds"...and then some...before I actually go swimwear shopping.  But to be honest...I also hate missing out on the best swimsuits early in the spring as they do tend to sell out quickly.  Today I am sharing with you all some of the swimsuits I am loving right now.  And of course coverups that will help if we haven't had the luxury of losing those extra winter pounds.

And I will say, there are few things in life you shouldn't skimp on as far as investing in for your wardrobe.  And undergarments and bathing suits are definitely in this category...when you spend the extra to invest in a good suit, it shows.

And for my favorite part of today's pics...cute cover-ups:

So I actually started this week prepping for summer.  I joined a workout boot/camp style class for this month...and I am hoping to get outdoors once the warmer weather is here to get back into my walking routine.

My best advise when shopping for swim-wear.  Don't be too hard on yourself!  And never trust a fun house mirror - you know the ones the put in the department stores that make you look a certain way and when you get home and try on your bathing suit in a REAL mirror you look totally different!

If all else fails, grab a good friend, go out for a pre-shopping cocktail and then go looking for the perfect swim suit, I guarantee you will find one and if not, well you will have had a good time trying!
